Membership Criteria
To ensure alignment with our mission, MedTech Angels membership is by invitation or application and is reserved for individuals who meet our criteria:
1. Accredited Investor Status
Applicants must qualify as accredited investors as defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
2. Passion for Healthcare Innovation
We welcome members who are enthusiastic about advancing innovation in all aspects of healthcare.
3. Commitment to Collaboration
Our members should engage in mutual respect, learning, and contribution, fostering a positive environment for entrepreneurs and fellow investors.
4. Investment Readiness
Members should be prepared to participate in individual or group investments and contribute to the growth of portfolio companies.
5. Active Participation
We encourage members to actively participate in meetings, events, and due diligence processes.
Monthly Pitch Events
Join us on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 8:00 PM ET via Zoom.
Each month, our members meet with companies selected by our internal Screening Panel to hear their pitch and learn more about their business. These virtual events give our members the opportunity to engage with multiple companies each month and decide which ones to advance into the due diligence process.
